Fehoch is part of the Certification Programme for Labour Skills

The initiative will require professionals working in federated skills to demonstrate their knowledge under standardized technical parameters.

A real paradigm change is the one that the Chilean Olympic Committee seeks to give, an entity that through its Education Area launched the Program of Certification of the Labour and Professional Competencies of the Federal Coaches.

This system, to which the Chilean Federation of Hockey Cesped joined, will allow the classification, recognition, development and improvement of the skills, knowledge and experiences of the federated coaches, thanks to a model created with different levels of licenses.

The main objective of this certification is to establish professional profiles, which will enable us to determine what each federated coach knows and does at the respective level of development.

Hockey Cesped coaches will be able to apply to six different types of licenses, whether in sports initiation, sports specialization, sports improvement or high performance and international projection on three different levels by two entry routes: Level D Training (Sports Initiation on July 19) and Early Learning Recognition.
