We provide a preventive service to people who perform any physical activity in order to avoid future injuries.
What do we do?
We help reduce the occurrence of chronic physical fatigue induced by your physical activity, training or after a competition.
How do we do it?
Our service provides for different forms of intervention:
- Massage located according to your need, to reduce your muscle contractions and promote joint mobility.
- Pneumatic compression system to facilitate the venous and lymphatic return of the limbs.
- Joint cooling system to reduce joint inflammatory processes especially in extremities.
- And we teach how to use the localized self-massage and stretching machines.
Each session lasts 1 hour and is in charge of a sports masotapist.
