The adult female selection is facing a new process thinking of the 2010 Uruguay Pan American Cup that delivers world quotas. The Junior Diablas (Sub 21) will also play outside Chile in the midst of their preparation to host the World Cup at the end of the year in the National Stadium Park.
After obtaining the bronze medal at the Nations Cup Santiago 2025, the Chilean adult hockey grass team faces a new process that includes an international tour. Under the technical leadership of coach Cristóbal Rodríguez, the Diablas are preparing their participation in the Pan American Cup Uruguay 2025.
With a 21-player stand, the national squadron will fight a number of demanding friendly ones in Buenos Aires and Montevideo. Between 18 and 24 May they will face the power of the Lions of Argentina and then the growing pace of competition developed by the Uruguayan Cimarronas.
These games are scheduled in the front of the continental pageant that will be held on the montevidean lawn from 24 July to 3 August. This tournament, which gives a quota to the 2026 World Cup for the champion and Pre World options to those who go up to the podium, will take place with the Diablas, Uruguay, Argentina, Canada, Mexico, Paraguay and the United States.

Junior Diablas travel thinking about the World Cup
Like the adult cast, the Chilean women's selection Sub 21 will also travel to Argentina to continue its preparation to face the World Cup of the category to be held in December (with dates yet to be confirmed) at the Claudia Schüler Training and Skills Center of the National Stadium Park.
Between May 24 and June 1, the Junior Diablas will be part of the Tournament Four Nations that will be held in the World Stadium of Rosario. In this friendly championship, the painting that Alejandro Gómez technically leads will face Uruguay, India and Argentina, these last two planetary powers selections of this sport.
