"The positive body is rather targeted at women, so that they feel safe with their body. On the topic of mental health we deliver tools to have awareness of the important which is for sports performance. And in safeguarding we want to give a context where anyone can speak safely to avoid cases of harassment, abuse, ill-treatment or other problems, "explains Caram.
"These are very relevant issues for raising awareness because there is little talk about them. It is necessary to bring them to the discussions and talks to avoid the different problems they involve. It is very important to me that these are not taboos. for sportsmen, "he adds.
